We believe that community-led movements are the foundation for catalysing systemic change across climate action, democratic governance in local political systems, and sustainable economic innovation.
Our mission is to work with people and local organisations across the most underserved areas and groups in the Euro-Mediterranean region to activate innovation within community and political systems, activating community-led initiatives and co-developing solutions that strengthen community voices, improve lives and leverage local agency for change, resilience and innovation for public interest.

We focus on co-developing participatory nontraditional approaches with local groups and organisations to bring the experiences of the most underserved communities to the center of local change-making processes.
From this lens, we aim to take actions and mobilise resources with the communities on the ground towards solutions that promote community-centric political systems and leadership, aiming for improved social inclusion and civic participation, women’s economic empowerment, environmental activism, equitable socio-economic systems, sustainable entrepreneurial innovation, and community politics that strengthen local resilience.
